This is my favorite Diesel store I've ever been to! The layout is super cute, they had all the new items and the customer service was amazing! Lyanna the store manager and Mikiko Shoji the Supervisor helped me and made sure I got everything I wanted. They assisted with styling and oredered any items for me that were sold out in my size. When I go to Hawaii I always have to stop by this location!

Been coming on this place for years . Unfortunately during pandemic this place was also closed ( I live in Cali ) Not their fault I think politicians robbed us 3 years out of our lives with crazy stupid lock down rules and such . Anyways was back in Waikiki , store was open and , I bought few things , sales lady was a sweetheart, young , energetic, beautiful, and super helpful ( I think her name was Poi ? ). No pressure sales tactics and easy going. Even arranged shipping to mainland USA for free . Kudos to this lady and rest of staff how dedicated they are . As businesses owner Im glad that young people that love their job and give 110% still exist.

Had a phenomenal experience at this location buying a pair of jeans with my brother. Poi was so kind and incredibly attentive and helpful - she took her time to get to know us and offered to ship the pants back to CT for us to avoid the extra luggage weight. She apologized because the store was abnormally busy but she had absolutley no reason to - she was already being 1000 times more helpful and attentive than any other store I’ve been in. She truly embodied the “Aloha Spirit” and made an otherwise mundane shopping trip super personal and engaging! Thank you so much! :) Great meeting you!

My daughter was looking to purchase a necklace. She was undecided but all of the staff there were very friendly and patient with her and offering her advice. It was a very good shopping experience and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible customer service I received from Elijah. Despite the store being super busy when my mum, sister, and I dropped by, Elijah went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing shopping experience. He was so knowledgeable about the products and represented the Diesel brand so well with his thoughtful styling advice. His effort and professionalism truly stood out, and I think it deserves to be recognised!! Elijah, Diesel is lucky to have you! <3

had a great experience at this store! the sales supervisor helping me out, elijah, was super approachable and patient! i initially came in looking for a style that ended up not fitting me the way i wanted it to, but elijah was super thorough and helped me find a pair of jeans that i ended up really loving! ill definitely be a returning customer of this store location whenever im back in hawaii :]

I came into the store for the first time like two weeks ago (I think), and had a very pleasant time. I was greeted by Isaiah whom was really welcoming, nice, informative, thoughtful, and patient with me while I was browsing. I felt like I was being respected regardless of purchasing or not (which I really like and appreciate!:))) Fast forward to a couple of days later, I met the other team members (Boss Lee, Kalif, and Elijah) who were all so nice and helpful. After many revisits, we’re more than just team members and customer now; it feels like a big family instead (yayy!><). The aloha spirit I get from them is really heartwarming. Big shout out to you guys! Hope to be back one day in the future & buy more things;) (Edit: shout out to the other two Japanese team members as well and Kevin!^-^)
